| Job Information | Experienced Sous chef required to join a team in a business and leisure hotel surrounded by some of England’s most attractive countryside. You will have at least two years experience as a Sous chef with function knowledge. You will be required to manage the kitchen brigade, motivate the team with training and guidance. You will be passionate about food and have great customer service. You should have excellent communication skills, be a hands-on manager and have an eye for detail. You will have essential health and safety, Hygiene certficates and head chef experience You must have experience of working in a hotel Hours will be 5 out of 7 with splits and straights You must be able to drive and be local to West Sussex.
