Job: Sous Chef – London

This unique and well known landmark London restaurant has had a recent refurbishment – trade is increasing under the New Head Chef producing superb Modern fresh food – an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef is now required to join the growing team !
You will be a qualified chef with at least 4 years experience and a stable career history in high quality establishments, possibly a Senior CDP seeking their first Sous role, or an established Sous Chef – either way you will be –
* a level headed team player
* able to deputise for the head Chef on occasion
* have strong leadership and training skills
* good knowledge and implementation skills of all COSHH and H&S requirements
* excellent communication and presentation
* You must be able to provide references for a minimum of your last 3 roles

You will be working for a stable and established business, working to a rota 5 days out of 7.
