Job: Sous Chef

Fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef to join a company that can inspire and show off your potential.  This modern British pub/restaurant are looking for a passionate chef to create fresh food in a country style establishment. 

You will be able to write and produce specials, train staff and motivate the whole team.  You will have the advantage of working with an experienced head chef and the opportunity to develop your career. 

You will be able to cope under pressure, run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, stock take and rotate, have knowledge of GP and health and hygiene.

You must be able to live and work in the UK
