Job: Sous Chef

Vibrant and historic pub in the heart of the community looking for an experienced Sous chef.  You will be able to write and cost out menus, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.  You should be able to work under the H&S regulations and be able to train and motivate your team. 

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar gourmet pub or restaurant.  There will be added bonuses and tips and excellent training for promotion.  You should have an eye for detail and be able to produce high quality food for a relaxed but busy environment.

You must be able to drive and be local to West Sussex

You must be able to work and live in the UK.
