Job: Senior Reservationist

Some of England’s most beautiful backdrops surround this busy hotel in Surrey.  They are looking for a Senior Reservationist to join their team and cover three properties.  You will have previous experience in reservations with revenue management aspirations. 

Your role will be to process all advanced reservations ensuring maximum occupancy at competitive rates.  You should be well presented have excellent customer service standards and a positive attitude.  You will be working closely with the Revenue Manager and cover in their absence with taking day to day control of the office.   You will have good telephone etiquette, organisational skills and team work.

Work Schedule will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

You must be able to drive and be local to West Sussex.
