| Job Information | An expanding Restaurant / Bar group are looking for a roaming head chef to manage three properties. Each property offers freshly cooked dishes from around the world in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen teams, improve standards of cuisine and heath and safety. You will be in charge and overlook stock control, maximise profits and the ability to fill in when one of the restaurants needs improving. You will report directly to the Kitchen Operations Manger and CEO. You will be experienced in busy branded kitchens, have good leadership and motivational skills. You will be a hands on leader and responsible for all three sites to sustain and improve GP. You will need excellent communication skills, be flexible and methodical. You should be looking for a career move and have the aspiration to be the kitchen operations manger. You must be team orientated and self-motivated and hold a current food hygiene certificate level 2. Holidays 28 days including bank holidays Optional Free Live In You must have your own transport.
