Job: Recruitment Consultant – Hospitality and Catering

Rare opportunity to join H&C Specialist Recruiters, a small professional team based in prestigious office development in Haywards Heath.  Reporting in to the Directors, you will develop and take forward an existing “desk” – specialising in a mix of Contract and Permanent roles.

You will preferably have both recruitment and relevant industry experience, be a highly motivated self starter, with superb communication and presentation skills.

You will carry out duties including telephone canvassing, client visits, candidate interviews, database updating and all related administration.  You will be hungry for success with a can-do attitude.

You will be supported with on the job training, and clear guidelines as to the expectations of the role and your required achievements.

Candidates with a genuine desire to fulfil such a role, but possibly without the relevant experience will also be considered – but you’ll need to have the “x factor” and stand out from the crowd.
