| Job Information | An expanding Restaurant / Bar group are looking for a kitchen operations manager to manage and oversee three properties. You will be responsible for menu planning, costing, kitchen hygiene, legal requirements and ensuring all sites are reaching their GP. You will be in charge of all the food and liquor stocks, overseeing new openings, working with the kitchen and general managers and report directly to the CEO. You will report on the weekly figures GP and P&L to the board. Update and keep on top of all pricing, item testing, menu planning, company standards and inspections. You will be required to cover on the sites when they require assistance, deal with suppliers and negotiating pricing. You will have experience as a head chef, knowledge of GP and managing multiple outlets. You will responsible to excess of 25 members of staff and responsible for recruitment. You should have worked for branded establishments and knowledge of how they work. Holidays 28 days per year including bank holidays Salary with added bonus scheme Office and operationally based 20% discount of food and chef whites included. You must have your own transport.
