A country manor house hotel is looking for a positive and creative Head Pastry chef.  You will be working with a dynamic team, creating fabulous food to high standards. 

You must have a Michelin star background and be looking to continually develop your skills.  You will be ambitious, have an eye for detail and lead your team in the right direction. 

This is a perfect position for a strong CDP / Junior Sous Chef to take their first role as Head Pastry Chef, but you must have strong rosette background.

You will get the benefit of working for a fabulous head chef who has been awarded 3 AA Rosettes and is a fine role model. 

The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of the New Forest with outstanding natural beauty, which you will be proud to work in.

Shifts will be 5 days out of 7 with 2 splits and 3 straights.

There is optional live in which is £260 per month.

You must be able to live and work in the UK.
