You will be a qualified chef with a minimum of 3 years experience, excellent communication and presentation with the ability to train and develop staff.  Great opportunity for aspiring chef – possibly suiting an experienced Sous Chef looking to take on their first Head Chef role.

Experience required:

Minimum of 3 years experience

Health and safety certificate

Hygiene certificate

Branded operational experience

Cost control

Running a large operation
