Job: Head Chef – London

Various opportunities in City and West End Wine Bars and Brasseries.

You will have at least 4 years experience in quality fresh food establishments.  An expeirenced trainer, with good knowledge of all areas of H&S, menu ideas and a real passion for food.  In addition you will have excellent communication and presentation skills.  Experience in British Classical Cuisine is essential.

Head Chef – Docklands – Busy Modern Brasserie c£28k (Mon -Fri)

 Head Chef – West End – High volume, high quality site in prime location c£28k

Head Chef – Greenwich – Pub Restaurant style – c£24k

Head Chef – Charing Cross – Busy small Grill Room – c£23k
