Job: Head Chef – London – Some mon to fri

Currently handling several opportunities within Bar / Restaurant Group.
You will have a stable and progressive track record in high quality establishments.
A real passion for fresh food – with a Classical British influence, you will have excellent people management and development skills, a thorough knowledge of all aspects fo H&S regulations, plus ideas for menu improvements to implement into the future.
You will be working for a long established firm with a fabulous reputation in Central London. Excellent working conditions and potential for career development .
Head Chef – Docklands c £28k Mon -Fri
Head Chef – West End – High volume – c£28k
Head Chef – West End – Grill based – 6 day operation – c£23k
Head Chef – SE1- c£24k – mon -fri
Head Chef – Central – Restaurant – c£28k – mon – fri
Commis Chef – City – c£15k – mon – fri
