Job: Head Chef

Beautiful Country Club in superb settings with excellent facilities requires experienced head chef to lead the kitchen team.  

You will be a hands on operator, with excellent communication and presentation skills.  You must have experience in running a tight team in a busy kitchen.  You will have flare and creativity to produce new menus. 

You should be looking for a new challenge and continue with progression as the company expands and develops.

You will have at least 2 years experience as a head chef in a restaurant or equivalent, excellent hygiene standards, training, leadership qualities and vision.  You should have function experience and preferably have worked in a hotel.

You must have an understanding of the new trends and health food that people are enjoying today.  

 Working straight shifts and splits, minimum of 45hours per week.

 Own transport essential and local to the area is advisable.
