Job: General Manager

Beautiful English Country House Estate is looking for financially astute General Manager with proven sales skills and sound track record.   

You will have had at least one years experience within a similar environment as a General Manager and a knowledge of contract catering and strong leadership skills.  You will be able to maintain and build strong relationships and rapport, be focused and achieve set objectives.

 You will be proactive, self-motivated, be self-driven and goal orientated.  You will have knowledge and expertise in dealing with P&L accounts, costings, GP and GP%, working with the Operations Director to satisfy the business plan.

Your focus on driving and increasing sales is a main key component to your role.  Ensuring the F&B is continuously consistent and improving according to customer needs and budgetary requirements.    You will have impeccable interpersonal skills, have attention for detail and be a motivator and role model for your team.

You must have your own transport and be local to the Buckingham area.
