Job: Executive Head Housekeeper

Executive Head Housekeeper (45k plus with excellent company benefits)

A beautifully appointed five star central London Town House hotel is seeking an Executive Housekeeper. ( 100 plus rooms )

You will be efficient in directing and managing a large team in the maintenance and cleaning of the hotel with high guest service standards and professionalism.

You will have effective managerial skills and the ability to train and motivate staff to their highest potential.  Excellent communication within the hotel and ensure all staff are aware of company policies and procedures.

You will be in charge of guests’ requirements and establishing methods of reviewing room standards and guest feedback.

Effective in managing departmental expenses carry out purchasing and hotel projects.

Essential Skills:

3 years experience as Head housekeeper

Certificates in COSHH, Health and Hygiene

Controlling costs and budgets

Staff training and rotas

Previously worked in 4* plus property

You must be able to live and work in the UK.
