| Job Information | Commis chef required to work in a lovely hotel in a picturesque setting. You will have the ability and need to develop in this relaxed yet busy environment. You will have NVQ level 1, a passion for cooking with potential to develop your skills and ideas. You will have good team spirit and be able to assist the kitchen brigade in the day to day preparation and delivering of high standard food. You should have the ambition to want to progress and achieve higher in your role. Hours will be 5 out of 7 with splits and straights You must be able to drive and be local to West Sussex.
