Job: Commis Chef

A fantastic opportunity for an up and coming commis to work in a 2 rosette historic hotel.  You will be able to cook and prepare fresh food, work under pressure and have a professional outlook to their work.   

You will have previous experience of working in a hotel as a commis chef and the passion for creating beautiful modern and classic British food. 

Fine dining, weddings up to 135 people, private parties, conferences and banquets are all but some of the facilities that the hotel offers.

You will have at least an NVQ level 2 and experience in fine dining. 

You will be willing to learn and work under a very professional head chef who has a fantastic background in training junior chefs.

Your shifts will be a mixture of straights and splits working 5 days out of 7. 

Your accommodation will be of good standard.  

You must be able to drive and be local to West Sussex.
