Chef de Partie c£15k plus o/t plus tips

A popular country pub producing fresh, seasonal and locally produced food is looking for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join their team.

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a pub restaurant or hotel as a C.D.P and can work quickly and efficiently.  You will be capable of taking control of your section and work in a clean and methodical way.

You should have a passion for food and be willing to work in a tight knit and fun team.  If you are seeking to find the essence of Gastro food then this pub will develop your skills and senses. 

You must be able to drive and be local to West Sussex.
