Job: Chef de Partie

Great opportunity for an ambitious Demi or Chef de Partie to work in a gorgeous 200 year old inn.  Fresh seasonal food with a modern European and English classic twist. 

This chic rustic environment offers the chance for a Chef de Partie to join a team of 6 in a bustling environment.  You will have charm and enthusiasm to produce glorious food with the motivation to succeed and progress. 

The restaurant has 1 rosette with aspiration for achieving two, so you will preferably be trained in fine dining.

 You will have at least an NVQ level 2. 

You will be able to train and be trained and work under pressure. 

The shifts will be a mixture of straights and splits working 5 out of 7 days.

You must have your own transport and be local to Chichester.
