Job: CDP – Tonbridge

16^th century historic hotel is looking for an experienced CDP to join the team.  You will have at least 1 years experience as a CDP or a good standard commis looking for your first CDP position. 

You will have the benefit of cooking from fresh local ingredients to serve in either the fine dining or bar and grill restaurant.  You will have passion and drive and be able to cope under pressure in a busy kitchen.  You will be willing to learn new skills to improve your talent as a chef and work well as a team member. 

You must have your own transport as this position does not offer live in.

You must be able to live and work in the UK
