Superb and successful pub set in charming village location close to Petworth. The pub has rightfully gained a fantastic reputation, and recognition in several guides – for serving only the very best local produce.
Everything is fresh, and prepared on site – from butchery, curing of meats, and also producing their own chorizo, black pudding etc – plus chutneys and breads that are sold in the “store” on site.
You will be an experienced Chef, used to dealing with good quality produce and serving a high standard of cuisine, or maybe have good experience but would welcome the opportunity to work to a higher level.
Salary is c£23k plus a share of the tips which are in the region of +/- £100 ,per month. Working 5 days out of 7 – 4 splits and one straight day shift on a Sunday .
Reporting to the highly respected and experienced Head Chef, you will be an integral part of this highly motivated and tight team. A leader with an eye for detail, a strong communicator who can motivate and inspire the team.
Own transport essential, or prepared to move near the location to be considered for the role.
